Master challenges together

Having traveled a lot for work, experienced in neurological intensive care and clinical psychiatry, with leadership experience both in hospital and company, divorced and happily remarried with a step-daughter, I know the ups and downs, the small and large challenges of life. I can testify that facing a challenge can help us to grow – sometimes even more than we ever thought possible. Optimism, courage and humor, as well as a healthy balance, gratitude, friends and family are part of the secret. And  for me definitely also time spend in nature hiking, paddling or gardening.

What gives you energy and makes you flourish? There is no universal answer as we all have our individual history, our individual preferences and values. On your journey to finding your very own way I gladly accompany you using approaches from systemic and hypnotherapy, positive psychology and the Zurich resource model, as well as my knowledge of neuroscience, psychology and medicine.
